Check-Out ‘World’s Smallest House’ Which Costs N77 Million! [Photos]

This
ridiculously tiny property might just be the world’s smallest house –
but it comes with a pretty hefty fee, as it’s on the market for a size
able fee of £275,000.
The tiny, one-bedroom ‘pied-a-terre’, in
the much sought after Richmond Avenue in Barnsbury, Islington, north
London, only serves to illustrate the spiralling property prices in the
capital.
Pictures show the tiny living area furnished only by two
floor cushions, two small stools and a dining table around the size of
television screen.
The miniature home has a ‘mezzanine sleeping
level’ which appears little more than a shelf with the stairs accessed
by stepping on to a kitchen work surface.
However the new owner of the ‘compact’ property will have access the the ‘many bars, boutique shops restaurants located on Upper Street, only a short distance away’.
The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet only inches apart and it appears highly feasible that one could perform both functions simultaneously.
No wonder the agency selling it describe the house as “unique” and “possibly the smallest house in the world”.
Expert projections predict the average price of a house will rise to £800,000 by 2040.
