Wait first, Fly! Exclaimed Chewing, stretching his turkey neck to see something which was faraway well. The two friends had just finished attending morning lectures. They were standing under a palm tree thinking of how to get food to eat that morning.
Chewing now walked out of the shade going to meet what he was seeing. Where are you going? To rob food? Fly asked. Fly, are you not seeing what i am seeing? Chewing asked. What are you seeing? Fly retorted. Is that not Otega walking like a Kangaroo. Chewing said. Where is he? Fly asked, looking at all directions like a child in a university building. Don't be stupid. Chibaby someone is at the door, please go and see who it is o. Ovoke, a fair slim girl of 19 said at their one room which was close to the University of Nigeria Nsukka. The roommates are both students of the school. Why am i the one to go? Chibaby asked. Because you are closer to the door na. Ovoke replied. She was called Voke for short. Eh, en, okay! Chibaby got up and went for the door lazily.
You again! She screamed on opening the door. Who is that? Voke asked. Is erm, erm, i don't even know her name sef. But she's been coming here for quite sometime now, to look for you. Erm, should i let her in? Chibaby asked. Yes, let her in. Voke said.

Chibaby had gone out to attend classes in school, leaving Voke in the room with the stranger. Well! The stranger said.
