BREAKING: Uchechukwu Ogah receives certificate of return as Governor Abia state (PHOTOS)

Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah has received the certificate of return as the new governor of Abia State, today in the INEC Office Abuja.

  We all recall that he was issued the certificate following the sacking of Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, who was sacked by the High Court sitting in Abuja On Tuesday, over the submitting false information to his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, for the party’s governorship primary in December 2014.

The presiding Judge, Justice Okon Abang ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to immediately issue a certificate of return to the plaintiff, Uche Ogah, who polled the second highest number of votes in the primary.
