Trailers passing on travelers from Kano were walked out on Monday April 27, at the state's limit with Kaduna state.

Kaduna State Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan said the episode happened at Sabon Gida town in Ikara Local Government Area of Kaduna State, which imparts limits to Kiru Local Government Area of Kano State.

Aruwan said the drivers attempted to mishandle the exception from development limitation allowed to vehicles passing on basic merchandise.

He told columnists;

"As should be obvious, we are here at the fringe with our sister territory of Kano to survey the degree of consistence with the movement limitation, and unexpectedly caught long vehicles conveying travelers into Kaduna State.

"They manhandled exception as should be obvious, we discovered many individuals covered up and very much disguised.

"The beneficial thing is they have not entered Kaduna State and we will turn them back to any place they originated from.

"So also, we have turned around many travelers, and we will support the rhythm in consistence with the Kaduna State Government's mandates.

"We are having a few issues with those beating security through remote zones with cruisers however we will return to the planning phase."
