The royal residence of Umar Farouk, Emir of Daura has allegedly been fixed after a Coronavirus case was recorded.

Every day Trust revealed that Mustapha Inuwa, secretary to Katsina state government said the conclusion was ordinary daily practice in places where a positive case has been recorded. He further uncovered that examples were taken from the royal residence for Coronavirus tests.

The state's police representative, SP Isa Gambo told newsmen in Katsina on Monday May 4 that the police chose to follow up on the orders of the state senator, Aminu Masari.

Gambo said;

"Daura is under lockdown thus it will be everywhere in the town no matter what to anyone's home, the police are simply guaranteeing the lockdown request of the state government.

"Remember the principal casualty of coronavirus in Katsina was followed to Daura."
