Rihanna just got her dad, Ronald Fenty, a one-point-eight-million dollar mansion ($1.8 Million ie N358,650,000) in Barbados.
The 28-year-old singer whose real name is Robyn Fenty told her father to choose any property he wanted on the island and send her the bill.
Ronald chose a beautiful mansion in the Sandy Lane community of Barbados and will have stars such as music mogul Simon Cowell and the Carters ie Jay Z and Beyonce as neighbors since they all own properties there too.

He disclosed  to Britain’s Now magazine, “Robyn was so kind. She sent me a few houses to choose from around the island. I chose this one, not because it was the most expensive, but it’s got the gardens.”
Ronald said he loved his former house and would have loved to remain there but he has been getting so much attention for being the father of a pop queen and such affiliation comes with its own share of fame which sometimes is too much for the sixty-six-year old to handle.
“It got out of hand – I’d be sat watching a good politics debate and then a bus of tourists would arrive wanting to take a picture with me,” he explained, “There was no privacy. Here, I’ve got trees and the road is much quieter.”
He loves his new home and the privacy it promises to bring.

Rihanna is also taking great care of her father who requires routine medical care after his involvement in an accident ten years ago when he crashed his car into a tree in bad weather.
The singer insisted her father must receive medical treatment in Los Angeles and takes care of the journey and everything in between.
“It’s a very long way to go to see the doctor but Robyn insists I have treatment there. She really looks after me,” Ronald confirmed.
This isn’t the first time Rihanna is splashing on a property for her family.
In 2012, she bought a five-bedroom mansion for her mother Monica Braithwaite during a special hour-long episode of Oprah Winfrey’s show.
Rihanna said to her mother, “I wanted to do this for you for a very long time. You have been such an amazing mother, example, soldier, and you get to walk away with the key to this house tonight.”

Rihanna is a great daughter or don’t you agree? These days, not many kids will splash on their parents not when there’s an extra car to buy. Just saying.
